Thank you to all who made this year's Project Graduation such a success! Check out our Galleries, Volunteer, and Sponsor pages!
For the past 20 years, parent volunteers and community members have produced Project Graduation—an all-night, alcohol and drug-free party exclusively for graduating seniors. Our event includes all graduating seniors from Rancho Cotate, Tech High, El Camino, and Phoenix High Schools. The event is held on graduation night from 9:30pm through 5am at Callinan Sports Center in Rohnert Park.
Our goal is to provide an evening of fun and safety on graduation night. The event is always a huge success, with over 80% of the senior class attending. The night features live entertainment, casino, beauty room, fortune teller, LAN room, carnival, lots of food, games and much more. The Callinan Sports Center is transformed into an indoor playland complete with palm trees, a rock wall, DJ, and hypnotist. The Community was invited to attend an open house from 4-5pm before the party started. This year's party was on Friday, June 4th, 2010.
Project Graduation is a non-profit, tax-exempt organization. We do not receive any funding from the school budget. This event is held each year thanks to the generosity of parents, townspeople and the Sonoma County Community. This website includes a sponsors' page recognizing and listing all contributions to this event. If you supported us with donations (food, prizes, props, etc.) we thank you very much.
