Reservations can now be made for the senior all night graduation party to be held at the Rohnert Park Sports & Fitness Center on Friday, June 4, 2010. Your reservation may be purchased by mail. Checks should be made out to RCHS Project Graduation and a reservation form must accompany each payment. Reservations may be purchased by calling any of the names below. Reservations are non refundable.
$40.00 prior to May 1, 2010; $60.00 May 1, 2010 and beyond.
PARTY GUIDELINES
- Possession and/or use of alcohol, tobacco, or illegal drugs are NOT permitted.
- Seniors arriving at the party having used alcohol or other drugs will be supervised until parents or guardians are contacted to pick them up.
- Party begins at 9:30 pm. No admittance after 10:30 pm. Party ends at 5:00 am. No early dismissals.
- Project Grad staff will notify parents/guardians of students leaving the party before 4 am with a written excuse.
- No in and out privileges.
- Tech Room available this year for gaming. Must bring your own laptop.
- Party is for Rancho Cotate, Tech High, El Camino & Phoenix High School seniors only.
- Students should present some form of ID at door. Students must be present to win prizes.
- All personal belongings (cell phones, purses, etc.) will be checked upon arrival and held in the coat check area.
- Entertainment will consist of casino, dancing, hypnotist, beauty room, carnival, all-you-can-eat and much more!!

By signing the Release and Assumption of Risk Agreement, you are releasing RCHS Project Graduation of all liability and accepting responsibility for any action by your son/daughter with respect to bodily injury or property damage.

Release and Assumption of Risk Agreement
The undersigned is the parent/legal guardian of (child’s name)________________________________________.
My child wishes to participate in Rancho Cotate High School (RCHS) Project Graduation Night. I understand that there are risks and dangers incidental to my child’s participation in this event and that there is a risk that my child could be injured. Activities in the past have included, but are not limited to, dancing, inflatable jumps, climbing structures, etc. I hereby give my consent for my child to participate in this event and I, on behalf of myself and my child, assume the risk and dangers associated with my child’s participation in this event.
In return for the (RCHS) Project Grad permitting my child to participate in Project Graduation Night, I hereby release and waive on my own behalf, on behalf of my child, and on behalf of any persons claiming by or through me, or my child, any and all claims or causes of action for ordinary negligence which I or my child may have against the RCHS Project Grad, its officers, directors, agents, employees and volunteers arising out of or resulting from any and all injuries, accidents, illnesses or damages of any nature, including death, which my child may suffer while taking part in the event or any activity connected to the event.
IN SIGNING THIS DOCUMENT, I ACKNOWLEDGE AND REPRESENT THAT I have read the foregoing Release and Assumption of Risk Agreement, I understand it and sign it voluntarily as my own free will; no oral representations, statements, or inducements, apart from the foregoing written Agreement, have been made; I am at least eighteen (18) years of age and fully competent; and I execute the Agreement for full, adequate and complete consideration fully intended to be bound by same.
